The ggrasia Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ggrasia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ggrasia Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ggrasia does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ggrasia accepts no liability in connection with such access.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ggrasia Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ggrasia and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any gaming or promotional activity on the Platform.
To access the full features of the ggrasia Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.
ggrasia is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time ggrasia deems necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggrasia login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ggrasia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ggrasia immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
You must ensure that all information provided to ggrasia is accurate and up to date at all times. Any material change to your personal information must be reported to ggrasia promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
ggrasia accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). ggrasia reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount on the ggrasia Platform is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and selected payment method. ggrasia reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
ggrasia is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). ggrasia reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close Accounts where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected.
All deposits and withdrawals on ggrasia are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). There are no currency conversion fees. Your GCash or bank statement will reflect the exact PHP amount transacted.
ggrasia may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable Wagering Requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
ggrasia strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet Wagering Requirements, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers. ggrasia reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings obtained through bonus abuse and to close the relevant Account(s).
ggrasia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.

The availability of specific games or betting markets may vary and is subject to change without notice. ggrasia does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the ggrasia Platform. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or payout calculation, ggrasia reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. ggrasia's decision in such matters is final. No liability will be accepted for losses arising from technical failures beyond ggrasia's reasonable control.
ggrasia reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on erroneous odds, incorrect information, or in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggrasia Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
ggrasia employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. Confirmed violations will be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
All content on the ggrasia Platform — including but not limited to the ggrasia name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of ggrasia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ggrasia Platform without the prior written consent of ggrasia. Any unauthorized use of ggrasia's intellectual property may result in legal action.
ggrasia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ggrasia implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ggrasia cannot guarantee absolute data security.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggrasia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
ggrasia's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ggrasia does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
ggrasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ggrasia reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In the event of termination for cause, ggrasia may forfeit any balance remaining in your Account.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ggrasia's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ggrasia Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or Platform operations, ggrasia's decision — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
ggrasia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the ggrasia Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
